About ATR Systems
ATR Systems Inc., a family-owned company located in Warminster, Pa., specializes in selling, implementing and supporting a host of time and labor management solutions. Doing business in more than 20 countries, ATR provides services to clients across the health care, manufacturing, nonprofit, education, hospitality, municipal and retail industries ranging from one to more than 1,000 employees. ATR Systems partners with more than a dozen hardware and software vendors across the country.

President Michael Hoover has been in the industry since graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1999 with a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
