During this unprecedented time, we want to make sure you have the latest info from us.  In case you missed it, we wanted to send a quick update on the latest news and info from ATR Systems and Kronos Workforce Ready.


Our teams have been hard at work interpreting the legislation in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFRCA) to help you configure your Workforce Ready software system to support Earnings Codes for Emergency Paid Sick Leave time included in the act and effective April 1, 2020.

Here’s what we did:

Time Offs

We updated the names of Time Offs shown in the examples. As always, you are free to name your Time Offs anything you want, but our examples show that the names should be easily identifiable. In the Classic UI, the Parent/Child time offs are easy to identify because they are in a tree format. In the New UI, the time offs are listed in alphabetical order and the Parent/Child relationship is not as obvious.


In the Generating Accrual Time for Employees section we updated the date from 4/1/20 to 1/1/20. This will ensure employees get their full hours for the rest of the year.


Additionally, we have added two new guides for companies who do not have the Leave module and have TLM only or TLM + Accruals enabled. One guide is for full-time employees and the other is for part-time employees.
